Franco-Moroccan creator Margaux Derhy is recognised for her commitment to community-centred practices. In her embroidery studio in Massa, Morocco, she works with local women to produce unique textile works. Trained between London and Paris, Derhy combines painting, sewing machine work and hand embroidery in figurative pieces populated by featureless figures, exploring notions of identity, memory and family.
